Disabled Fables is a collection of time-honored stories by Aesop, retold and illustrated by artists with developmental disabilities. Each artist chose a fable that was meaningful to him or her, rewrote the story, and created art to accompany the text. The artists then described how the chosen stories were relevant to their lives.
