Move with Mychal’s is our new fitness fundraiser that has workout options for everyone for only $10 per session! The funds raised from this event will go towards Mychal’s summer trips.
- Session 1: Boot Camp – 10:05 am to 10:55 am
- Session 2: Kardio Krunk – 11:05 am to 11:55 am
- Session 3: Yoga Flow! – 12:05 am to 12:55 pm
We will have healthy snacks and drinks to keep you fueled throughout your workout. We will also have our event T-shirt on sale for $12, but if you register ONLINE for all three sessions, you get a t-shirt for free! All you have to do is go to our Calendar of Events and click the link. You can also RSVP by sending an email to email@example.com or calling our office at 310.297.9333.

Hi, I’m Andrew Gambino and I’m Sophia Dalton. We have dedicated ourselves to donating our time to help you help others! We are born to help others, it’s just what we are meant to do! Please join us!
Both Andrew and Sophia are part of Healthy Giving who have been leading workouts with our Hawthorne After School Program. Healthy Giving is a donation based, fitness boot camp. Their mission is to promote physical fitness and well being; while providing for families in need.
I am Jeffrey Adams! … So, here I am living my dreams showing adults and children that fitness can be fun!!!! We all have our gifts and passions… Touching lives through exercise is my gift. I want to share it with the world. I teach and specialize in creating innovative group fitness programs both indoor and outdoor for many demographics never forgetting that this isn’t my workout I am here for you.
Kaitlyn graduated in December 2014 from LBSU with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness. “Being a part of a community that is so interconnected through drive and determination is more than a blessing!” Outside of the fitness industry, Kaitlyn still enjoys staying active. Hiking, surfing, and camping are just a few of her favorite outdoor activities. Her passion is in yoga! “Yoga has taught me so much about myself and life.” Kaitlyn holds a Group Exercise Certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and just recently became a certified Core Power Yoga Instructor. She loves being able to share her knowledge and passion in the group exercise setting!
